By purchasing tickets and participating in Fitness by Foxy Roxy’s activities you are voluntarily agreeing to participate and you hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury, physical harm. You acknowledge and represent that you are physically sound and do not suffer from any illness, impairment, disease or other condition that would prevent yourself from participating in the class, performing any exercises.

 

Classes will be recorded for promotional purposes, and by registering for one of our classes you agree to potentially being captured on film/video and shared across our relevant promotional channels and the channels of our partners.
