Twerk is a dance style rooted in African traditions that celebrate rhythm, body, power, community, and liberation. Through the movement of African people across the world, these foundations evolved into the many styles of twerk we see today. It’s confidence, healing, and self-expression in motion, yet often misunderstood and oversexualised.​

Expect to dive into styles such as female hip-hop and bounce, while building skills through booty bouncing, isolations, jiggles, and floorwork, all woven into a fire choreography.
