Explore the art of whining, a vibrant dance style rooted in Caribbean culture and influenced by African dance traditions. Learn dynamic hip movements, from slow, controlled whines to faster variations, while discovering how whining differs from twerking. Set to the hottest sounds from the islands and the motherland, this workshop builds musicality, body awareness and confidence while celebrating rhythm, sensuality and self-expression. What to bring: Kneepads, shorts or leggings, and a scarf to highlight those hips. (optional).
