In this class, we’ll cover walks, posture, technique drills, floorwork, hair whips, and choreography designed to build your fluidity, performance quality, and confidence in heels. Whether you’re new to heels or looking to refine your movement, this class is all about feeling strong, sensual, and empowered while developing your skills in a supportive environment. Kneepads are required for this class and dance heels are recommended. ✨

If you're late you'll forfeit your booking. - There are no refunds, however, cancellations and reschedules are permitted up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled class.
