About the Event
It's been a minute since I hosted a twerk workshop, so here it is! Get into this 2-hour session, where we'll get that ass moving like it's water.
First Hour
Warm up & Twerk Techniques
After a full body warm up, we will learn and drill various twerk moves in different positions. Understanding the names and techniques involved to get them looking right is essential for the second part of the class, as well as building your twerk conditioning.
