Pole & Twerk

On their own, twerk and pole dance are highly liberating and empowering dance styles, as they allow people to explore and develop their feminine and sensual power. Twerk is a huge part of black culture and history, since black $tr!ppers brought it into $tr!pclubs it has become an integral part of pole dance. By blending the two, my aim is to create a safe space for people to let go of any fears they have in expressing such energy and to uncover and relish in their true beings.

NO POLE EXPERIENCE NEEDED | However beginners experience in twerk is required.

We will explore enticing low-flow combinations, floorwork, twerk techniques and tricks on and off the pole; integrating everything into an hot choreography
