The twerkshop consists of two 90-minute classes:
Twerk Techniques Masterclass | 14:00 to 15:30
In this twerkshop, we will cover the basic/intermediate twerk moves from booty shaking to jiggling to isolations and work them into a high-energy choreography.
As well as having a lot of fun, this twerkshop is a guaranteed full-body workout that will tone your legs, strengthen your core, increase your back and hip flexibility and make you work up a sweat!
Sensual Twerkshop | 15:30 to 17:00
This twerkshop is a seductive experience that is all about tapping into your sensual energy and embracing your feminine side.
We will work on sensual floorwork twerk techniques and how to own in a powerful and confident way. After, we will harness that energy into a sultry choreography.
Heels are optional but strongly advised!
