Master Twerk After Work™ Instructor @bamikuteyi from London, UK, whose mission is to transform the way people feel about their bodies, minds and souls through innovation and inspiration.

The Netherlands first Twerk After Work™ Instructor @foxxyroxyyy also from London, UK who aims to create fertile and inspirational spaces where people can fget in touch with their own natural mental, physical and spiritual abilities.

What should I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable and confident in but we recommend a loose material shorts or legging in order to help you release all that jiggle!

Do I need any former twerk experience?

Not at all, this class is open level so it's great for beginners as well as the pros.

Are kneepads required?

No but they are highly recommend in order to help protect your knees for particular twerk techniques we will be working on
