BEG | 14:00 - for pole newbies/beginners
Awaken your pole journey as we delve into leg waves, body rolls, drags and beginner spins like pole sits, cupcakes & baby ballerinas.
INT | 15:30 - for those confident with climbs & inverts
Explore and add flair to your spin flow as we take the above and add airwalks, leg hangs and splits combos.
What you will need:
- An outfit where your arms and legs are bare
- Pole dance heels/pleasers (optional)
