About the Event
In today’s society women are often shamed for embracing our sensuality. This course is a mind, body and soul experience, where we will delve deeper into your more authentic self, femininity and build your sensual expression through sensual twerk. The journey to self love is going to be confronting, expressive and most importantly done in a safe space; where you can be whatever you want to be.
THE COURSE IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Every Thursday in February, we will explore sensual stretches, confidence exercises, sensual feeling and a sensual twerk choreography.
If you’re looking for a comfortable space to become more in tune with yourself, this is the course for you!
