Sensual Twerk on Heels runs for 90 minutes. Here is the breakdown of the workshop:

• Introduction and Warm-Up (10 mins)
• Flow & Freestyle movements (20 mins)
• Choreography (50 mins)
• Cool Down & Positive Affirmations(10 mins).

This workshop is for people aged 18+.

FAQS

What if I have never been to a dance class before? That's completely fine. This class is 100% beginners friendly!

Are heels mandatory? No, but I would recommend them so you can get the most out of the class.

What should I bring to class? Heels (of course), water, kneepads and a comfortable outfit. We will be doing a lot of movement so I would recommend breathable clothing like activewear.

What type of heels should I wear? Any that you feel comfortable in! If you haven't taken a class in heels before I would recommend bringing some that you have worn before at least on a night out.
