In this live class, we will cover the basics of sensual twerk and floorwork techniques and work them into a lil choreography.

What you need:

- Kneepads or high-knee socks

- A pillow (the pillow is bae 😉)

! DON'T WORRY IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT ON TIME, YOU CAN REWATCH THIS CLASS IN YOUR OWN TIME !

A link to the recording will be sent to everyone via email after the class

You will receive the link to the Zoom lesson via email in both your confirmation email and reminder email (sent 24 hours prior to the class). I need to accept the participants into the class so you can't share the link with your friends.

You can follow the class with your camera on or off, it's up to you.
