Whether you wanna throw it back non-stop, be a sensual goddess on the floor or both, this twerkshop is for you!

The twerkshop consists of two 90-minute classes:

Twerk Techniques Masterclass | 15:00 to 16:30 

In this twerkshop, we will cover the basic/intermediate twerk moves from booty shaking to jiggling to isolations and work them into a high-energy choreography.

As well as having a lot of fun, this twerkshop is a guaranteed full-body workout that will tone your legs, strengthen your core, increase your back and hip flexibility and make you work up a sweat!

Sensual Twerkshop | 16:30 to 18:00

This twerkshop is a seductive experience that is all about tapping into your sensual energy and embracing your feminine side. 

We will work on sensual floorwork twerk techniques and how to own in a powerful and confident way. After, we will harness that energy into a sultry choreography where you can evoke all your divine feminine energy.

Heels are optional but strongly advised!
